Your 100% satisfaction is my goal. Not all items listed for sale are in stock. Most items are custom made to order. Many times production and order fulfillment can be up to a minimum of 5 weeks from the date an order is placed. Due to the nature of custom made items some slight variations in design and/or color may occur compared to pictures seen on this website. Depending on your specific order and our current work load your production time may vary. I strive to maintain excellent communication with my customers throughout the custom build process. After making a purchase you may be contacted with a more precise expected delivery or to clarify specific details. You are also welcome to contact us with any and all questions.
Returns and Refunds:
Full refunds can be issued on any order that has not been put into production. Once an order has either been started or completed and shipped a restocking fee may be assessed depending on the nature of the order (typically 10%). ANY item with custom tooling or embossing of names, initials or logos is NOT eligible for a refund except in the instance of a defect in craftsmanship in which case the item will be fixed or replaced at the discretion of Badger Claw Leatherworks. Items such as custom or production knives, axes, saws or any good NOT produced by Badger Claw Leatherworks can be returned for a full refund (less shipping) if requested within 3 days after the order was delivered and as long as it is in NEW and UNUSED condition. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have been returned and inspected. There are NO refunds or returns on orders shipped outside the United States. All domestic orders are shipped with tracking information. Should a package come up missing Badger Claw Leatherworks will do its best to work with the customer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note: once an order is scanned as delivered by USPS, UPS or Fed Ex it is the recipients responsibility to file the appropriate claim with the shipping agent.
